AS Finanz GmbH operates a digital platform that connects customers with licensed providers of financial products and services (in particular personal loans) in Switzerland. AS Finanz GmbH is itself neither a bank nor a lender and is not subject to the Swiss Banking Act.

AS Finanz GmbH holds the licence to broker consumer credit issued by the Zurich Cantonal Office for the Economy, pursuant to Art. 39 of the Federal Act on Consumer Credit (KKG) and Art. 4-8 of the Ordinance on the Consumer Credit Act (VKKG). The licence has been in effect since June 2006.
